How does the 7-day free trial work? +

You get 7 days of access and 500 API requests to use across the whole trial period — not per day. It includes Starter-level data, a trial API key, and full documentation and testing access, so you can validate the integration before paying anything.

What happens to unused requests at the end of the month? +

They don't roll over. Every plan's request allowance resets at the start of each billing cycle, so it's worth sizing your plan (or adding an add-on) for your typical monthly usage rather than your lowest month.

Can I change plans later? +

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or add capacity to your existing subscription at any time. If you're upgrading from the free trial, your existing API key and credentials keep working — your trial simply expires and your new paid allowance activates immediately.

What's the difference between Starter and Growth? +

Starter covers the essential product record — name, composition, packaging, MRP, and images. Growth adds the clinical and commercial layer on top: usage, side effects, drug and lifestyle interactions, dosage guidance, and classification data — plus a higher request allowance and rate limit. Most healthcare platforms and pharmacy tech products choose Growth.

I need more requests than the standard plans offer. What are my options? +

You can add capacity in blocks (100K, 500K, 1M or 5M extra requests/month) without changing plans, or move to a plan with a higher base allowance. For very large or non-standard needs — bulk data, custom fields, dedicated infrastructure — contact us and we'll scope it with you directly.

When is the Professional plan launching? +

Professional is in active development and will bring regulatory, classification, and commercial fields like ATC/HSN codes, GST%, NLEM tagging, and batch-level verification data. Join the early access list from this page and we'll notify you as soon as onboarding opens.
